For Municipal Court information, please contact Cylene Wallace at 753-2884 x321.  Court is generally held on the first and third Tuesday of the month.

Driver Exams will be given on Wednesday's at Rogersville City Hall from 9:00am-4:00pm. The last skills test must leave by 3:15pm. They are currently giving Class F written and driving exams, they are also offering written CDL exams. Current water rates are:

-Minimum rate (up to 1,000 gallons of water) is $9.00.
-Each additional gallon of water (1,001 and more) is billed at $.005 per gallon.  An example bill for 5,000 of metered water is $29.00.

Current residential sewer rates are:

-Minimum rate for all users is $13.99.
-Each 1,000 gallons of sewer (based on metered water) is billed at $4.37 per 1,000 gallons of metered water usage.  The usage of January, February and March is averaged to create a consistent sewer bill for the rest of the year.
